A. The VIP treatments take place in designer VIP rooms with different exotic themes. The pictures you see in our main page are all VIP rooms.
VIP 项目使用的是我们特别设计的主题房，例如岩洞房，希腊风，水晶房，森林房等等。 您在我们首页看到的照片全都是VIP房的照片。
B. For VIP treatments, we use the best brand products such as LA MER, Bvlgari, Hermes, Lush, Evian Water, etc.

C. All amenities in VIP rooms are upgraded with premium quality, such as bath robe, towel, lighting, etc.

D. VIP treatments may contain much more special techniques such as Royal head massage, ear cleaning, herbal ball, hot stone, 24K gold oil, algae body wrap or scrub. (Varies depending on each treatment selected).

We have 2 different type of Therapists for VIP treatments: Regular Therapists and Aromatherapist. The services offered by Regular Therapists are less expensive. The service offered by Aromatherapists are more expensive as they are specially trained to do VIP aroma treatments and they are generally younger (less than 30 years old).

2. Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the payment process. Please note that we need your full payment in advance in order to secure your booking. We accept Bank transfer, VISA or Mater card.

1. In order to make your treatment more enjoyable, please arrive 15 minutes earlier of your scheduled time. We will need to use this time to let you make a payment, fill out consultation form and other preparation works.
请您提前15分钟到店，用于做一些项目开始前的准备工作，包括填写资料以及选择精油等等。
2. Late Arrival.
Please be aware that late arrivals will not be afforded an extension of scheduled treatments. Treatments will be rendered only for the remainder of the scheduled appointment and you will be responsible for payment for the full service. Late arrival for more than 30 minutes is considered a cancellation without payment refund.
项目将会于预约的时间准时开始和结束。为了对所有的客户公平起见， 如果您迟到了，我们将只能为您服务剩余的时间。本会所不会退您差价。如果您迟到超过30分钟，本会所有权利取消您的预约，把房间让给其他客人，且不退款。
3. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policies
Due to the uniqueness of each room, no cancellation, reschedule, and/or refund is allowed under any circumstances. Please make sure your schedule is confirmed before making a reservation.
由于每个房间的独特性，一旦预约确定了，本会所不接受任何理由的取消预约，更改时间或是退款的要求。请您确保您的旅行计划正确无误了，再进行预约。
When making reservations, please notify us if you have high blood pressure, heart condition, allergies, skin conditions, transmissive disease or if you are pregnant. Please note that we will not be able to serve you if you have above-mentioned conditions.
在预约时，请您务必告知我们您的身体健康状况。如有以下任何健康问题，我们将无法为您服务： 高血压，心脏病，过敏性体质，皮肤病，法定传染病，或是怀孕。
Due to the nature of our services that require the usage of a private room, the time shown on each of the treatments will be started counting when customers enter the room. It ends counting when the actual treatment finishes. 由于我们的项目使用私人房间，我们项目的时间计算是从客户进入房间开始计算，直到按摩项目结束为止。
